Our goal is to provide a dynamic, safe, and FUN workout
experience for individuals at all fitness levels.
Trainers
Saiba Roberts:
Even as a young boy playing soccer in Liberia, West Africa,
Saiba showed a combination of intensity, intelligence, humor and a certain je
ne sais quois charisma. Schooled
in Cairo, Egypt and Brussels, Belgium, before returning to the US for his final
year of high school and college, Saiba took time to explore life and seek out
his life calling. Those years
included time spent studying acting in the Studio Program at the American
Conservatory Theatre in San Francisco, CA.
Saiba has worked at Bally’s, Club One, and Wellbridge Athletic Club, and
has been a CPT for eight years. In
addition he is CPR and Stretch Certified.
Mikel Feldman:
Since
the age of four when I took my first ballet class, I haven’t stopped
dancing. What began as a recreational activity has developed over the
past 24 years into my true passion and career. Since graduating from the
University of Miami (FL) with a minor in dance, I have trained in a
variety of dance genres including lyrical, jazz funk, and hip hop.
In addition to dance, fitness has always
been an important part of my life. In 2005, I received my certification
with the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. My other
credentials include Zumba and Forrest Yoga certifications. I have been a
personal trainer for several years including a stretch at the well
known Equinox Club in New York City. My travels, with my career, have
allowed me to teach group fitness and dance all over the country
including Miami, New York and Los Angeles. I pride myself on connecting
with my clients, bringing a high level of energy and creating unique
dance choreography to today’s hit music. I am excited to share my expertise and diverse background here in Boston.
